HOW TO CLAIM YOUR FREE NANDOS
FAST food chain Nando’s is giving out FREE food to students on results day this summer.
There’s no minimum grade required, so whether you want a celebratory chicken feast or you’re crying into your peri-peri drizzle, you’ll be given a treat either way. Available to students getting their A-Levels, GCSEs or Scottish Highers, all you need to do is pop by your nearest restaurant with a copy of your results and your ID. You’ll be able to get one quarter of chicken or an item from the fire-starter menu worth up to £4.10 for free.
Options to choose from include peri-peri nuts, spicy mixed olives, houmous with peri-peri drizzle, red pepper dip and halloumi sticks and dip. Just keep in mind that you’ll need to spend at least £7 to get the treat – similar to when Nando’s rolled out the offer last year. Your best bet is to go for a meal with a non-student who doesn’t qualify for the discount because it costs around £7.60 for a meal, bringing you over the threshold.
The tasty offer is only available on each respective results day, meaning Scottish Nando’s fans can get the treat on August 6 and A-Level students on August 15. Students who are getting your GCSE-results can get the free treat on August 22. If you wait until the day after you’ll need to pay for your meal. Sadly, you can only get one free treat per person and the results must be dated 2019 – so don’t try your luck with last year’s papers.
Nandos has around 420 restaurants across the UK. You can find your nearest one using its branch locator tool.
