Warwick freshers week is guaranteed to be packed with some huge events that you do not want to miss! You can find the full line-up of all the biggest events in our ‘Freshers Events’ section.
HOW DO I COLLECT MY WRISTBAND?
Wristband collection details will be announced here by September. If you’ve purchased a wristband, you will also be emailed information about wristband collection location and times closer to Freshers Week.
CAN I BUY FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes, you can purchase a ticket or wristband for a friend or family member too. Each ticket comes with a unique barcode that will be scanned upon entry. As long as whoever you’re buying for is using a separate barcode to you, both tickets will be valid. Please note, the ticket DOES NOT need to be in their name.
DO I NEED TO BRING ID TO THE EVENTS?
Yes, bring one to be safe. Most nightclub venues will require you to present a Valid 18+ Government ID such as a Driver’s License or Passport upon entry.
WHEN DO I NEED TO ARRIVE BY?
For most events, doors open at 10pm. However, check your ticket for the confirmed time. We advise students to arrive early to avoid lengthy queues and guarantee entry.
WHAT HAPPENS IF EVENTS GET CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19?
COVID19 Protection Policy: We would like our customers to have peace of mind when they purchase from us. Therefore, in the unfortunate case that our freshers events do not take place on the displayed date due to nightclubs/bars still remaining closed: – We will postpone the event until a later date (when nightclubs/bars are reopened & it is safe for us all to party again) & your ticket will STILL BE VALID for that date. – If we are forced to CANCEL the event, we will issue a FULL refund on any ticket or wristband you have purchased.
